I love designing with multiple colors… but sometimes all I want is a classic triangular shawl in one beautiful color. This one is extremely simple to make, alternating bands of garter stitch and zigzagging lace. Ziggy is the perfect 2 skein shawl.
80” (200 cm) wide and 32¾” (82 cm) deep at deepest point.
Yarn: 2 skeins of Sock Lite by Olann (80% Merino/20% Nylon; 465 yards 425 m/100g) or approx. 840 yards (768 m) of fingering weight yarn. The sample was made using colorway Ghostrider.
Needles: US 6 (4 mm) needles.
Other notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, blocking pins or wires.
16 st and 32 rows to 4” (10cm) in stockinette st on US 6 (4 mm) needles after blocking.
